Welcome to the The Fireside - What is the Fireside? Well, simply put, it’s a place to tell stories. In the Book of Mark verse 33 and 34 the Bible states that Jesus spoke to the people in parables. “With many stories like these, he presented his message to them, fitting the stories to their experience and maturity. He was never without a story when he spoke. When he was alone with his disciples, he went over everything, sorting out the tangles, untying the knots.” (Msg Version).

Here, at Breath of the Almighty Ministries, we believe in biblically based stories. We also believe that stories, much like music, can usher people into the tangible presence of the Lord. His presence is available to us today. He is truly God with us. The Bible states that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever! We encourage you to tune in to the podcast often, even invite us to your gathering place and expect the power of the Lord to be present through the Holy Spirit with fire as we worship Him, tell stories and study his word together. Simply put, it is our belief that He loves to meet with His people and that, “nothing shall be impossible with the Lord.” Together, let’s expect the fires of revival not only in our cities and nations but in our selves!

Why The Fireside? Pastor and Evangelist Paul Lawrence and his wife Cathie spent years in the firefighting industry and many of the lessons that he learned from the fire service translate into Breath of the Almighty Ministries and the various ways in which the principles of the Bible are practiced. He ministers in three phases per service. One, to tell stories. These are parabolic in nature and always have deeper spiritual meanings just as Jesus did. Following the story, he goes in to a teaching based on Biblical principles. Interpreting the story if you will. Finally, in phase three, personal prayer and the laying on of hands is where the ministry of the Holy Spirit really shines. Hence the name of the ministry, “Breath of the Almighty.” Let God be God, right?

What we Do: Is it not the time to go deeper into the things of the Lord? We would love to visit your gathering place. As long as you are hungry and open to the move of the Holy Spirit, then we will help usher you in to the Presence of God just as God has designed. “None of them shall teach his neighbor, and none his brother, saying, ‘know the Lord,’ for ALL shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them.” Hebrews 8:11.

We are believing that the Lord’s power will be present on these special events and that revival fire will burst out! That salvations, healings, deliverances and restoration will rule the day by the power of God Almighty. To God be the Glory!! Amen.
