When my brother and I got in a serious car accident, we were both placed in the intensive care unit. Being in that situation, so close to death, has inspired me and my mom to bring some comfort to people. The idea is simple- to bring warmth and words. The hospital can be a cold and uncomfortable place. By bringing some warmth and life, we will bring some joy to people going through the worst situation of their life.
